Incoiving issues
1. I can't have invoices pushed to clients for projects that are still being worked on. Right now, i have several projects where agents just received invoices, but the projects are still active and will accrue additional billing items. 2. For brokerages paying a batch of invoices monthly, I need a way to prevent invoices from going directly to the agent that is paying via the brokerage account. This becomes a nuisance to the agents. I just had a handful of agents email me asking to forward these to the brokerage which is already done in the system. Can we fix this?
Invoice price not updating (package pricing
Please refer to invoice 2026-0015. There is a glitch where the pricing doesn’t update with the packages. I believe its because the package has it as included.
Pending Deliveries
When clicking on the pending deliveries from the dashboard, is there a way to automatically filter and display only the pending deliveries? Presently it displays all projects
Invoice not updating new price for a job
When I add a service such as virtual staging to a job, the job will update the total, but when I click view invoice, the new total isn’t reflected on the invoice. refer to 2390 Palisade Ave 1K
