Invoice price not updating (package pricing
Please refer to invoice 2026-0015. There is a glitch where the pricing doesn’t update with the packages. I believe its because the package has it as included.

Job Number
Is it possible to have an automated Job number created when a Job is started? We often have reshoots that would pertain to the same property over time either as a re-shoot or a just a new listing down the road. This helps us with accounting, but can also be extremely useful as a search option in the search bar. As for accounting, this is often useful when we have a batch invoice with a large amount of jobs listed on there. it would be good to have that visual on the jobs screen and invoices.

Is it possible to have an automated Job number created when a Job is started? When I add a service such as virtual staging to a job, the job will update the total, but when I click view invoice, the new total isn’t reflected on the invoice. refer to 2390 Palisade Ave 1K

Summary of total on the Jobs page
When we are using the jobs tab and switching between all and upcoming etc., it lists the estimated job total on the far right. Is it possible to have this also show the combined total either above or below

We discussed this also. I'm just adding here so we can follow-up on it. My recommendation: 2 not sections (1) Internal so we can add internal notes that are not visible to the client regarding the job. i.e. notes on why i gave a discount. (2) a note section that will be displayed on the clients invoice on the specific job line item. This will achieve what we need for the big brokerages where each job will have a client specific job number assigned by their accounting department to reference the transaction. These would fit well on the Job screen below tasks and above activity and be linked to the activity report as well.
