consolidated list of scheduled emails

Would it be possible to have some type of landing page that would list our scheduled emails and sortable by time and date? this way we can have the ability to see them, and decide to allow them to send, suspend them, modify the date and time or content of the email. This would act as a kind of manual/human control measure. Example. reminder emails were sent out to people during the glitch with invoices. So, I had to revisit telling everyone to ignore them when I could have blocked those emails from going out.
